    Challenging in getting the keys to the apartment. Only master bedroom and living room have air-con.

    Instruction to collect the keys at letter demands the security deposit first before the pass code is give. The message for the security deposit came upon arrival. Booking.com should have inform of this requirement and not wait till I have arrived and ready to check-in. Also the payment mode should be specified. The owner at first insisted to have the security deposit before giving me the pass code. He later relented and gave the pass code. Later I placed the security deposit via his QR code. I wasted a lot of time trying to get the code to the keys and missed my appointment!
