Well situated with lovely staff and probably the best choice for a night in Jerash
The property was clean and in process of major renovation - which will be great. Above all Abou and his lovely staff could not have been more helpful and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. They made the hotel memorable
The breakfast was very average - and the details in the bedrooms poor - no bedside lights, no glasses for water etc

Abou Tunis tried very hard to make up for the deficiencies of the hotel which were not of his making.
Location was good. The manager, Abou Tunis, was extremely helpful and couldn't have done more to assist us. He helped us with finding somewhere to eat, with taxis, and with the best way to get to the Roman ruins.
The property is under extensive renovation. When it is finished it will be terrific. But it is not there yet - and some things are lacking. Abou Tunis tried very hard to make up for this, but he was up against it. The showers in the bathroom sprayed directly out into the bedroom and there were no bath mats to soak up the water; the kitchen had no water glasses, no tea or coffee; and the breakfast was appalling.
