Location excellent. Good size flat. Helpful staff at the hotel
Property said it had a tumble dryer but didn’t. Missing towels, creaky doors, conditioner in the shower smelled off. Little things easily fixed to make this a better experience

Great central location to explore Bath.
Great and central location, lovely open plan living area, amenities in the bathroom, and lots of space in bedrooms. We didn’t use the kitchen but looked to have everything you would need. Clean, comfy beds and sofas. Dog bed and bowls and the ability to have our cockapoo stay with us was welcomed. Charlotte street long stay carpark a 7min walk away. Some noise in the evenings from pub across the way, but wasn’t an issue for us. Responsive replies to questions and check in/check out info.
We stayed mid-Oct, it wasn’t too cold yet, but arrived to the heating on full! It was incredibly hot, too uncomfortable for me, but would be great for the peak of winter. The charge of £35 for a dog to stay 1 night was a bit steep comparatively to other places we have stayed with our pup.

Great location- right in the middle of Bath and wonderful that we able to leave our cases in the adjacent hotel before checking in
No lock on the bathroom door! Very steep stairs to the property- although we were warned ! Decor a little tired
