    Okay, aber Check in nicht gut

    Nette Einrichtung, gute Lage mit schönem Blick auf den Hinterhof, gutes WLAN

    Auf den Fotos erkennt man nicht, dass es zwei verschiedene Appartments gibt, also Achtung, das erste Bild mit Podest gibt es nicht immer. Das Schlafsofa war etwas durchgelegen, ansonsten Ausstattung ok. Der Check In war problematisch! Am Anreisetag muss man noch ein langes Formular ausfüllen und alle Pässe hochladen - da wäre etwas Vorlauf besser! Vor allem haben wir den Türcode erst nach 18:00 erhalten und erst nach diversen Aufforderungen und Anfragen. Das geht wirklich besser!!

    Don’t go near this booking. Horrible company.

    Negative experience. 1. Shower had no hot water. I messaged and nothing was done. 2. I found blood on the walls in two places beside the bedroom. I reported this. Nothing was done. 3. The lamps in the bedroom did not work. I reported this. Nothing was done. 4. Door to the bathroom kept sliding open. I reported this. Nothing was done. 5. I left the apartment, and was sent a video from the cleaner showing a broken door in the kitchen (this was probably done by the existing tenant). 6. Dirty sofa in apartment. 7. Crumbs left in the bed (from existing tenant or cleaner?). I will be reporting this company to Booking.com - what an awful experience. I’ve used Booking.com for years and never encountered such arrogance/rudeness.

    I reported several issues to the company. They ignored all of them.

    O espaço era muito bom. Sala confortável, cama boa, banheiro grande. A localização era ok, uns 9min andando até o metrô ou parada de ônibus. Bom custo x benefício. O anfitrião também era bem atencioso e solícito.

    A localização, por não ter ônibus ou metrô “na porta”. Tinha que caminhar um pouco. E não tinha nem água para tomar quando chegamos.
