  We rented this house for the 4th of July weekend to celebrate my son's birthday with four families. The home itself was spacious, matched the listing, and comfortably accommodated our group. I also want to acknowledge that we did not fully comply with one of the house rules regarding playing music outside. The music was at a very low volume, and even the responding police officer commented that it was not loud. Unfortunately, after a neighbor complained, our celebration was effectively ruined. We understand that rules are rules, but the situation felt unnecessarily strict for a holiday weekend at a large vacation rental. For the nearly $1,500 we paid, the property did not offer the level of quality or amenities we expected. The kitchen was poorly equipped for a house advertised to host four families. The coffee maker only brewed two cups at a time, meaning everyone had to wait just to have their morning coffee. The electric kettle was heavily stained with limescale and looked unhygienic. There wasn't also a blender. We left with less than half a roll of paper towels and the toiletries they advertised are three bottles of inexpensive shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a large group. Cleanliness also fell short. The bathroom drawers were dirty, with hair and spills inside, and the bottom of the kitchen trash can had old, sticky, fermented food residue underneath the clean trash bag. The outdoor cooking setup was another disappointment. Instead of a gas or electric grill, there was only a small, charcoal grill that appeared old, and difficult to use. In one of the bedroom's closet was a broken fan with a cake of dust on it. Overall, while the house itself was spacious and accurately represented in photos, the lack of cleanliness, inadequate supplies, and poor kitchen equipment made it feel overpriced. We enjoyed spending time together despite these issues, but based on our experience, we would not book this property again.

  Disappointing

  The pool was nice

  There was a roach in the cabinet. One shower was awful. Only 2 full baths for 14 people. Misleading on how many it actually slept. Had to put someone on a couch for the week.

  Beautiful home with everything you need for a great week!

  The house was very nice. Everything was clean and all the rooms had labels. It was so easy to find items in the kitchen thanks to these labels. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes for our party. All bedrooms had TV's with Roku and were very comfortable. Lights and ceiling fans were labeled and had remotes. Two living areas, allowing the kids to hook up the XBOX and the other living space for TV viewing. Pool and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas provided. Even pool floaties. The pool was warm and clean. The back yard was cut, and we had no issues. The owner was great a communication. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again.

  The only thing I could say was a few more bathroom towels since we were there for the week. I usually use a clean washrag and hand towel everyday and I was wishing there was more. That is just my preference, not a complaint.
