Eine super Lage - mittendrin um alles zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war auch ganz toll.Wir waren zu viert in dem Zimmer (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder).Der Platz reicht völlig für 2-3 Übernachtungen. Das Badezimmer ist modern und funktional. Durch den Balkon hat man auch kein beengtes Gefühl.
Wer die schlechten Bewertungen liest: der Vermieter kann nichts für den Hausflur.der mag etwas abschreckend sein, aber mit dem Fahrstuhl erreicht man die 4.Etage ganz toll. Für nachts kann man sich Wasser im Automaten kaufen (1 €). Eine größere Auswahl wäre cool, aber nicht zwingend notwendig. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, aber es gibt keinen Tee oder Kaffee zum aufbrühen. Sind aber alles Kleinigkeiten, keine wirklichen Kritikpunkte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Moyen a 350 mètres de l établissement
Pas de poubelle ds la salle de bain, impossible de brancher la bouilloire prise non compatible !pas de gobelets ou autre ds la salle de bain et pour le thé a quoi sert la bouilloire ! Le plus important 103 marches pour accéder à la chambre est ce normal !?

Yllättävän viihtyisä ja siisti huone ja kylpyhuone, vaikka rakennuksen ulkoasu oli melko rapistunut. Jospa hissikin tulisi joskus käyttöön.

Napoli nel cuore
La stanza è come sul sito tutto perfetto e super pulito. IL MATERASSO E CUSCINI SONO MERAVIGLIOSI super comodi. La struttura è a un passo da Spaccanapoli , scendi in strada e assapori la vita di Napoli tra bancarelle pizze fritte caffè e sfogliatelle... Lo consiglio.
L'unica cosa "negativa" o meglio di disagio (di certo non è colpa di chi gestisce la struttura) al momento stanno ristrutturando l'interno scale e ascensore di conseguenza i 4piani sono da fare a piedi. Gambe e glutei ne usciranno rinforzati . Ma mi sono trovata talmente bene che non vedo l'ora di tornare e vedere tutto sistemato.

Pokój czysty i ładnie urządzony .Lodówka pokoju . Ładna przestronna łazienka . Dobry kontakt z właścicielem przez WhatsApp.
Niestety winda nie działa . Najbliższy parking w okolicy 35€za dobę
