Deludente: posizione comoda, ma pulizia e comfort scadenti
Ho apprezzato la posizione comoda dell'appartamento, la grandezza delle camere e la comunicazione con i gestori (velocità di risposta e istruzioni chiare), così come anche la possibilità di effettuare un check-out posticipato.
Visto il punteggio al momento della prenotazione (un 8.5 ingiustificato), mi aspettavo un maggiore livello di comfort, pulizia e manutenzione. L'appartamento si trova su un incrocio molto rumoroso e l’isolamento acustico delle finestre è pessimo. La pulizia è scadente: capelli e peli sulle lenzuola, asciugamani che non avevano un buon odore e bagno trascurato. Dallo scarico della doccia proviene un forte odore di fogna, in parte evitabile coprendo lo scarico con una sorta di tappetino. Anche i letti sono scomodi, in particolare i cuscini e uno dei due materassi. Nel complesso, un soggiorno deludente e una struttura che non consiglierei.

Bien ubicado, junto al metro y a 20 minutos del Coliseo y de Termini. Espacioso.
El aire acondicionado solo enfría las habitaciones donde está. En verano la cocina (donde se come) es un poco sauna. Todo lo que usamos de la cocina lo tuvimos que fregar previamente ya que estaba muy sucio. El suelo tampoco estaba muy limpio.

Fijne locatie, goede slaapkamers.
Goede, mooie locatie, goede slaapkamers en bedden. Dichtbij metro en makkelijk te bereiken van FCO. Colosseum op loopafstand.
Het was erg warm toen wij er waren, dus we hebben de meeste tijd in de slaapkamers doorgebracht omdat daar airco was.

Thank you for sharing your apartment with us. We're not demanding people we treated your home as if it were our own and left it exactly as we would have wished. We had everything we needed for our stay. We were very pleased. The apartment is located close to a train station and the metro, which was important for us to easily and quickly get around the city. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
