  beliggenheden var perfekt lige midt i den gamle bydel

  Der var ikke gjort ordentlig rent, der manglede kopper-glas-og andre naturlige ting der skal være i en lejlighed, der var ikke opvaskemiddel ingen viskestykker, køleskabet virkede ikke, døren ind til badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes

  Very Poor Customer Support

  The location is fantastic. The bed was comfortable. The layout of the unit was very nice.

  I booked an apartment with AC. I always put that in my search filters. This listing said it had AC, and I booked it in good faith. When I got there, the AC wasn't working and wouldn't turn on. That same evening, I contacted the property via the Booking.com app, and the property directly via the contact info in the listing. I also called the phone number listed for the property on several occasions, but that went to a recording saying no one was there to answer, then it hung up. I text messaged both Booking.com and the property. I sent emails as well. Even AI tried to temper my frustrations and I hoped that would penetrate the cyberspace somehow. The next morning, I got a message from Booking.com saying they had contacted the property 'maintenance' regarding the non-functioning AC. Several time throughout that day, I sent messages to Booking.com and also the property asking if the AC had been fixed. There was no reply from either party all day. I called, text, and Booking.com app messaged several more times that evening when I returned to find it still not working, but to no avail. Finally, on my last night there, I got a message on the same Booking.com thread from the property asking me how did I like my stay, and would I please leave them a good review! I responded to Booking.com my displeasure with the utter lack of customer support and service. I simply did not receive the apartment that was listed in the condition it was listed, and that I paid for. And given multiple opportunities to fix the issue, it was ignored. Oh, and one other point! I was informed via a note on the bathroom wall, that toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet! You must wipe yourself, then put the dirty toilet paper into a wastebasket, and then carry your waste downstairs to a dumpster in the street, or you will be fined €50. Wouldn't you think something like that should be included in the listing?

  Generally is good but just need little bit to be Perfect

  Location is Perfect ... But (Tricky to find). Good communication and explanation over Wutsup...

  If someone stay 5 or more days. They probably need more Towels and Toilet paper. (For spare if he use Washing machine) And furniture in the roof balcony is too old and no ANY sun bed at all.... Some Turist is too laud in the lobe at the morning and after 22h.
