    Was Perfect

    We stayed in this holiday house in Sardinia and absolutely loved it. The house was very spacious and had everything you could wish for – even sharp knives, lots of pots and pans, and plenty of storage space. There was a washing machine too, which made things super convenient. The location was perfect for different day trips, like Olbia and Orosei, both not far away. And the beach of Capo Comino was within walking distance, which we enjoyed a lot. We went snorkeling right from the shore and saw many fish. Whenever we had a question or a small request, it was no problem at all. Even though we never met the owner in person, the communication through Booking and WhatsApp worked perfectly. We will definitely come back and can fully recommend this place.

    Un lugar muy cómodo, bien ubicado y buen precio

    Todo estuvo muy bueno, solo como Recomendación encontramos un poco de basura debajo de las camas pero todo estaba perfecto

    Perfect location, terrible hygiene.

    Location was perfect, also the connection to metro. We particularly liked the local restaurants.

    We hated the hygiene. Stuck sink in the bathtube, mould.

    Disappointment

    The location was good and it was easy to find. The shower had good water pressure.

    The air conditioning, TV, and numerous plug sockets didn't work upon arrival. I messaged Fabio about it and he said he'd figure it out in the morning, but we were only there for one night so that wasn't helpful at all. He then simply stopped responding to me. We discovered that the fuse box had become detached from the wall and had knocked a couple of the switches to the off position. Once fixed, everything worked. However the remote controls in the room had only 2 working batteries between the 3 of them. The bathroom had mold in the shower and a grimy, dirty candle on the bathtub. There was no hand soap in our room either. The shower also was extremely short and resulted in all of us having to bend to be able to shower properly. The beds were hard and lumpy and the blanket on the main bed was stained. The communal kitchen had kettles, but nothing to make with them. There was no dish soap in the kitchen either.
