    A welcoming, warm and restful place to land.

    This place was indescribably good. We had come from the chaos of Edinburgh (we aren’t city folk as it turns out) and it felt so welcoming and warm. I think a little hyperbole is to be expected when it comes to descriptions in income properties, but if anything, Susan (the owner) and the property girls (management..I think?), have downplayed how lovely this space is. They have thought of everything. From games to play, a wonderful array of snacks and even some duck feed if we were to happen by the river. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Susan during our time and she helped us to find laundry detergent, more candles for the bath and even gave us a lift to the hermitage with step by step directions on how to find our way back (It is well within walking distance). We have already decided that another trip to Birnam and a stay at this beautiful space will need to happen again as soon as we can manage. We can’t thank you enough.

    It’s too good? Maybe tone it down (Just kidding, don’t do that :)).

    Dreamy cosy town house apartment with everything you could want.

    Beautiful location. Cosy, freshly decorated and comfortable. Really appreciated all the little thoughtful extras that made our stay so homely and comfortable.
