Tolle Lage und saubere Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet – in einer der besten Gegenden der Stadt und ganz in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Perfekt wäre es, wenn zusätzlich noch WLAN und ein Smart-TV zur Verfügung gestellt würden. Dann wäre die Unterkunft wirklich hervorragend.

Die perfekte Lage der Wohnung. An der Ausstattung der Wohnung gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Hübsche ruhige kleine Wohnung, nur 5 min Fußweg vom Zwinger, Schauspielhaus und Postplatz entfernt. Also der ideale Ausgangspunkt um Dresden zu erkunden. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Pizza-Lieferservice sind in umittelbarer Nähe! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet und hat allds was man braucht. Bei Bedarf hat man sogar einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Sehr netter Vermieter. Alles sehr unkompliziert und entspannt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Süße Wohnung mit allem Komfort in bester Lage
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Er hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles genau erklärt. Es gab die Möglichkeit einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazu zu buchen. Dieser war fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Die Lage ist Top. In 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Postplatz bzw. dem Dresdener Zwinger und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung bietet allen Komfort, den man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete, moderne Einbauküche. Ein charmentes Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz, ein seeeeehr bequemes Bett was einen erholsamen Schlaf verspricht UND hält, außerdem ein modernes Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche und sollte man den Fön vergessen haben - sogar der ist vorhanden. Alles in allem - eine süße kleine Wohnung, die alles hat was man für den Kurztrip nach Dresden braucht.

Good for exploring Dresden
The location is great for walking everywhere in town. There are plenty of restaurants close by to fit every taste. There's a supermarket 200m from the property which makes shopping easy.
The apartment, particularly the bedroom, is small for 2 people. Cleaning was not very thorough, there's much dust under the beds and around the extractor in the bathroom. It would be good if there was a clothes rack to dry washing.
