Should have remained a proper Hotel/Resort
The Drift location is great, close to the Tavern and our favorite restaurant, Vivo. Parking is plentiful. We love the relaxed atmosphere of Palm Cove.
There is probably a few things Drift could do to enhance the customer experience. 1. Instruct apartment owners to provide soft closing toilet seats. 2. To put a strict curfew on parties, perhaps 10pm rather than all night. Very annoying. 3. Up grade pool side furniture, and perhaps more furniture as some guest were searching for sun lounges that weren't available. 4. We are dog people but you can't allow a dog to be barking all day on a balcony near the pool. 5. The apartment we were offered was quite tired, bed mattresses uncomfortable. Carpet well passed used by date. Washing machine a dryer not good. No room safe.

Great location, but in need of some renovation and updating

Good accommodation but could be a little better, in the heart of paradise!!
Great location, friendly staff, easy street hours check in.
The bed was not very comfortable, may need replacing. Pillows were also not good.
