    Perfect stay !!

    Great property within close distance of where we like to visit. Tracey was lovely, very chatty and welcoming. Bed was comfy.

    Shower needs attention it is temperamental on temperature. Otherwise perfect

    Very happy with our stay

    Lovely friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, good breakfast served till late morning 😁 Good location for train/tram station and 10min walk to the Winter Gardens etc
