Great apartments next to beach
Great location, lovely decor, clean, spacious, everything you need, white fluffy towels. Comfy bed. Really nice crockery and glasses. Toiletries were really nice.
Cooking facilities limited. Didn’t see any staff so lacked the personal touch.

Günstiges Top-Motel bei Montauk
Sehr schöne, grüne Anlage mit sehr schönen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Apartments und einzelnen Ferienhäuschen/hütten. Direkt in den Dünen am Strand (und nah der ziemlich befahrenen und deshalb nicht ganz leisen Durchgangsstraße). Kleine Küche sogar mit Kochmöglichkeit, Badbereich mit zwei Waschbecken und sehr guter Dusche, erstklassige Klimaanlage, bequemes Queenbett und Schlafcouch – wir waren positiv überrascht. Viel besser als die üblichen amerikanischen Motels. Erstaunlich auch der Preis in den ansonsten wirklich sehr teuren Hamptons. Wir haben – mit Bookings-Rabatt – für das 45-qm-Apartment in der Nebensaison im Spetember rund 150 Euro bezahlt, ohne Rabatt wären es aber auch nur absolut angemessene 200 Euro gewesen. Inklusive sind ein großer beheizter Pool, eine sehr gut ausgestattetes Fitnesscenter und sehr gepflegte Tennisplätze ohne extra fee. Alles bestens in Schuss und sehr sauber. Am Strand stehen kostenlose Liegen und Sonnenschirme bereit. Eingecheckt wird unkompliziert digital, es gibt aber auch eine Rezeption.
Unser Tipp: Man sollte sehen, ein Apartment entweder im Seitenflügel so weit wie möglich Richtung Strand zu bekommen, das sind die niedrigeren Zimmernummern, dort ist es ruhiger. Oder ein Apartment direkt nach vorn zum Strand raus. Diese Zimmer haben Liege und Grill direkt vor dem Zimmer, was aber in der Hochsaison bedeuten dürfte, rechts und links ziemlich nah neben den Zimmernachbarn zu sitzen. Die Apartments im Seitenflügel verfügen über private Balkone in der ersten Etage (unsere Empfehlung) oder Terrassen im Erdgeschoss
