    A very relaxed and enjoyable stay on the edge of Valletta.

    The property was clean and well equipped. Lovely balcony views, particularly at sunset. Air con was very good. The location was not too busy but very scenic overlooking the harbour. It is an easy walk into Birgu and to the Valletta ferry in Bormla. There is a selection of local bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Ivan provided lots of recommendations of places to eat and visit.

    A perfect base for exploring Malta, with beautiful views and an exceptionally helpful host.

    We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely beautiful, and the view from the balcony was outstanding. The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, always answering our questions promptly. We especially appreciated the host's flexibility regarding our early check-in request. While it couldn’t be guaranteed in advance, we were informed as soon as the apartment became available, and luckily we were able to check in a couple of hours earlier, which we were very grateful for. Another great advantage was having several restaurants and cafés located just downstairs, making it easy to enjoy both breakfast and dinner nearby. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again.

    If we had to mention one small drawback, it would be the nearby beach, which was not quite what we expected. However, this has nothing to do with the property or the host, and is simply a characteristic of many beaches in Malta. Overall, it did not affect our enjoyment of the stay.

    Perfect locations and excellent unit which is very will

    Excellent unit well appointed and exceptionally well positioned. Excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and harbour view . Outstanding!!!

    Great location and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

    The kitchen was fully equipped, and everything was very clean and well prepared for our stay. We also liked the location and the easy communication with the host. Check-in and check-out were simple and smooth.

    The main entrance door made a very loud bang when it closed, which sounded like an explosion. Coming from a war zone, I’m sensitive to sounds like this, so the sudden noise was startling and unsettling.
