    I appreciated the location and ease of checking in. The apartment was clean, well stocked and the Aircon was our absolute favourite as it was a very hot day when we arrived.

    That particular couch has a spring that can make sitting uncomfortable. But overall it's fine.

    Nice apartment for a short stay. Water pressure and hot water in the shower was good. Bed was comfy. Decent sized fridge that froze water. Free on site parking. Host let us in early. Decent landscaping aroung the parking area. Nice. fairly firm bed.

    Pillows were softer than I like. Longish walk to restaurants and bars. Palmerston N is not an interesting town, this is more of a stopover and go on the way to Wellington than anything else. No laundry facilities.

    Perfect for what we needed well maintained and presented property

    The location to everything we needed for our stay. Clean and well maintained rooms

    Nothing against the property its self just the roadside noise was quite loud for the person sleeping in the lounge bed right on the road side - we would definitely stay again but would request a room away from the road side
