Gute Lage, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr geräumige Wohnung
-Ehemaliges Ladenlokal: im vorderen Schlaf-Wohnzimmer schäft man quasi im Schaufenster, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zwar kopfhohes Milchglas, bei den Verdunkelungsvorhängen fehlen aber 1,5 m, so dass es nachts (Straßenlaterne) und morgens hell ist im Zimmer -Wohnung roch nach Rauch - In Berlin vorgeschriebene Übernachtungssteuer war im an Booking gezahlten Preis enthalten. Beim Online Check.in hat mich der Vermieter aber aufgefordert, nochmals die Steuer zu zahlen - berechnet wohlgemerkt auf den Brutto-Gesamtbetrag, nicht netto wie in Berlin vorgeschrieben (und inkl. der bereits gezahlten Steuer). Ließ sich durch Kontaktaufnahme zu Vermieter und Booking-Service klären, hinterließ aber ein komisches Gefühl - Ich hatte dem Vermieter vorab geschrieben, dass wir drei separate Betten benötigen. Bei Anreise abends waren dann aber nur 2 Betten bezogen, so dass wir improviseren mussten. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend für den sehr hohen Preis pro Nacht.

Nie polecam , ostatnim razem był problem z ciepłą wodą , naprawione było po 2 dniach
Wyposażenie kuchni
Brakowało prześcieradeł na łóżka , mało miejsca w kuchni , ściana apartamentu to witryna sklepowa przy samym chodniku przez co brak jest jakiejkolwiek intymności. Obiekt bardzo utrudnia uzyskanie faktury za pobyt, do tej pory nie otrzymałem właściwie wystawionej faktury.

Great apartement, in practically every aspect. Calm and quiet street. Located next to an indian restaurant (with great food), but no disturbing sounds what so ever. We had no problem finding parking on the street just outside the house. Close to the U-bahn (6 min. walk) and 4 min. walk to a well equipt supermarket. The apartement had everything that you could want, regarding kitchen- and bathroom facillities. Comfy beds as well. The host was super easy to reach when we had questions. Very polite, helpful and gave fast responds. We couldn't be happier with our stay, and we will almost certainly try to book it again on our next trip to Berlin.

Kényelmes, csendes, jól felszerelt, tiszta lakás, szuper lokáció, nagyon segítőkész szállásadó.
Nagyon csendes környék kiváló közlekedéssel, bevásárlási lehetőséggel. Nagyon tiszta lakás, jól felszerelt konyha, kényelmes ágyak.
Négy főre kicsit szűkös, hogy egy közös WC-fürdő van (ez csak tény megállapítás, tudtuk előre).
