  Great, clean stay!

  Loved the suite with the jacuzzi tub. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast!!

  The key card didnt seem to work for the automatic doors after a certain time for me. Probably user error

  I liked the evenings snacks and breakfast options and the commentary drinks for 18+

  I didn’t like that only 6 ppl from 1 room was allowed to go swimming and the way they had an attendant out to verify the room number and how many ppl went in.

  A wonderful hotel but experience tainted by other guests

  I love that they offer free breakfast, free dinner, both of which were amazing, as well as free popcorn and sodas (and they had my favorite Diet Coke!) The staff were helpful and friendly. The elevators worked great, the rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub actually worked and was on. The location is wonderful as there is plenty to do right around it.

  The mini-fridge in the room wasn't cold. It was on but it was barely cool at best. There were about 15 kids from 3 years old to 13-14 years old in the pool and hot tub (jumping in the hot tub, splashing water everywhere, cussing, yelling) and only 2 adults in there "watching" them (both were on their phones and not looking up ever or paying any attention to the kids). The youngest one who looked about three was wearing a pair of sweatpants and regular underwear and thats all, jumping in the hot tub and splashing hot water and bubbles in our eyes (we were sitting on the side because you couldn't fit in even if you wanted to). The hot tub was also really dirty, there was brown floating in the bubbles on the top. We booked this hotel because my husband was super excited that they had a hottub and he wouldn't even get in because there were at least 5 kids in there at any time and the water was filthy. There are typically rules about ages in the hottub and employees who check and enforce these rules, but in the hour we were down there not a single employee came by to even look in, much less enforce rules, and there was nothing about young children not being allowed in the hot tub, especially without an adult in there with them. We had our 11 year old son with us and he was upset and didnt want to stay in the pool area (which he was also the most excited for) very long because of all the kids screaming and cussing and not paying attention to anyone around them. I don't mind kids being in this area as long as they're being respectful or the parents are actually watching them and disciplining them when they aren't because the pool is always a kid friendly place, but disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate children (or even adults) should be asked to leave the area so that it is a family friendly area and everyone feels safe and welcome.
