Layout, clean, breakfast was great.
When we arrived it was 75 degrees inside our room at 7pm. We turned down the thermostat to 70 & went to dinner. When we came back from dinner, it was back to 75. We adjusted down again. Went to bed & woke up in the night sweating & the air being stagnant & humid all to discover the thermostat was back at 75. When we checked out, the desk clerk asked how our stay was & I told her about it. Her reply was that the rooms are auto controlled for a set temperature. I feel that since I’m paying for my room, I should be in control of my thermostat so that we can sleep comfortably. The desk clerk said, well I had a heater going for me all night during work so idk why you need it to be so cool. Everything else about our stay was great but not having the ability to control our own thermostat will be a factor in determining if I ever stay at Drury again.

Disappointing for what was supposed to be a fun sleepover before driving to New Orleans.
The shower: It was a nice rain fall shower with a heavy flow. The air con was decent too.
There was no service when we arrived. No warm greeting. Room had a blocked toilet from the offset. My children couldn't use the bathroom. I was given a plunger to unblock it myself :(( Shower handle broke clean off after one use. No tea and coffee in room. Not enough towels for family. Not cot available for my 2 year old. Beds too high for a toddler. Not safe. Breakfast was cold and flavourless. Potatoes were undercooked. No crisp to them. Sadly we won't be returning. We missed the free dinner snacks and there was nothing else available to eat. Kids were hungry.
