    we had a brilliant break in London

    excellent location , excellent accommodation . very very pleased with the property.

    the water supply was awful , I questioned this on day one and was informed the property has poor water pressure. This is a problem when 4/5 people want to shower and get to a show etc, if it is not resolved people booking should be informed of this issue before hand.

    Fantastic.

    Super easy fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was the key part for us.

    A little loud being right in the heart of a busy strip but still an amazing stay.

    ロケーションがいい。コベントガーデン、中華街、スーパー、大英博物館、地下鉄が徒歩圏内。tesco expressまで徒歩2分。Sainsbury'sも徒歩6分。1階のベトナム料理屋もおいしい。 部屋は広い。食器類完備。包丁もよく切れた。タオル類は2～3泊分あり洗濯して回せば十分。トイレ2つあり。バスタブは１つ。エアコンはリビングと寝室２つにそれぞれあり。寝室のエアコンはどちらもよく効いた。 部屋の鍵番号はSMSではなく宿泊管理のwebページで確認するので海外用SIMで電話番号が変わっても問題なし。 これからの夏のロンドン滞在にはエアコン必須。エアコン付きを選んでよかった。

    食洗機で汚れが全然落ちない。お湯の出が悪くシャワー中はキッチンでは全く出ない。 リビングルームのエアコンの効きが悪い。窓に遮光フィルムを貼りカーテンも変えて西日対策をしてほしい。 5日滞在だったが途中の掃除やタオル補充などはなし。自分で使える掃除機が欲しい。 3階まで狭い階段を50段以上のぼる必要あり。スーツケースを持って上るのは大変。

    Beautiful modern apartment in a great location!

    The apartment is beautiful , spacious, modern with fully equipped kitchen. The location is great in the Covent garden.

    Could use a few simple cleaning tools, rugs or wipes, broom, and a bin. I stayed for a week and needed to clean but couldn't. Also the first floor still has stairs to it.
