Very nice hotel that was quiet and offered a suitable non premium breakfast
The place was very nice inside with marble floors. The location was excellent, right on the square with a beautiful fountain and surrounding buildings. Within walking distance to Rocket Arena (15mins).
There seemed to be a lack of employees with one person at the service desk and valet being the only people serving the main part of the building. It was suitable for us, as we parked in the lot behind the building and when we checked in, it was at a time when we were the only ones there. The reception area did not have a bar, which is not important, but the hotel did not offer the presence of people. It was quiet for a premium hotel, which can be viewed as nice for a change, but it was not grandiose in the lobby like most premium hotels. The breakfast was suitable, but it mimicked the style of lower priced hotels. It was not like you were eating in a nice restaurant.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at
The evening dinner and drinks was a pleasant surprise and the food was very good. The breakfast was hot with a lot of choices. The only thing that I’ve seen done better was a made to order hot breakfast however I see these at much smaller hotels and I don’t think this size of a hotel could accommodate that. So the dinner and drinks more than makes up for it. The room was huge both times we stayed there.
I think one additional bar tender would be better. They are super nice and don’t show that they have a busy job but I still know that they are working their tails off. So it’s not a dislike at all I just hope they are getting what they deserve.
