    It was a nice experience but not a luxury experience.

    The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    For this cost, the amenities should have been a bit nicer. I expected nicer bath products and there wasn’t even any body lotion or other bathroom products which are provided in most nice hotels. It just wasn’t a luxury experience which I expected. That’s why I said good instead of great.

    Do not even consider this hotel. False advertising .

    The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot. Excellent location.

    It was not at all as advertised. It was advertised as a four-star hotel. At best it might be two stars. The "kickback"they offer in the evening-the food was inedible. Cold nacho cheese sauce, gross chips, frozen vegetables, cold pasta… cheap cocktails. The linens were very thin and didn't even have a comforter, we had to ask for blankets. Everything was plastic. Zero environmental awareness.There was nothing to put coffee in other than paper, and a nice bottle of champagne in cheap plastic cups. Even when we asked they had nothing. The sink wouldn't drain, and they advertised as a soaking tub which was just a regular small bathtub. It made our stay in Santa Fe so much less pleasant, when we were really looking forward to a fantastic hotel experience.

    Beautiful hotel and views

    The Facility - beautiful. Kick-Back/Breakfast - amazing. Roof Top Pool - phenomenal. (you have a killer view of Santa Fe from up there) Staff - so kind & friendly.

    The location is odd but its Santa Fe, everything is cramped and all together.
