    Environment is good

The entrance to the parking could be improved. The automatic barrier took quite a long time to open, and I was honked at by the driver behind me while waiting. Perhaps the security team was not aware that I was a guest rather than a permanent resident. This made entering and exiting the property quite uncomfortable. I hope the management can improve the access process for guests who book and stay here.
