    Passable

    I recently stayed at this property and had a nice overall experience. The location is fantastic—close to everything I needed—and the apartment itself was cute and easy to access. It had a cozy atmosphere that made the stay pleasant and comfortable for the most part. The space had potential to be a great getaway spot in Arizona.

    However, there were several issues that made the stay less than ideal. The $1000 deposit seemed excessive, especially considering the condition of the apartment. The pool was dirty when I arrived, which was disappointing given the extreme Arizona heat. Additionally, the curtain was broken, and the kitchen faucet sprayed water everywhere, making cooking inconvenient. The couch had noticeable stains, and the pillows were dirty, which made it hard to fully relax. While the stay had its positive moments, I don’t think I’d stay here again.
