It is a spacious, modern property and well-appointed with facilities and equipment. The configuration is ideal for 2 family groups. The location is about a 7-8 minute walk to the main beach and Hastings Street, although it is not really suitable for people with mobility issues (steep hills, steps).
We stayed for 2 weeks but on arrival there were minimal consumables - sufficient for one day's use. This could be a little more generous. Also, the pantry was bare and there were no condiments. So, for a 2 week stay for 2 family groups, it is inevitable that some meals will be prepared. This required purchasing everything needed to prepare a meal. It would be useful to have the basics available, eg olive oil, salt/pepper, basic herbs/spices etc. There was construction going on next door and also further up the street. This was noisy and started early in the morning including Saturday which was annoying and affected the amenity of the property. We were not told about this on booking.

Beautiful and spacious house in a stunning location we had an amazing time, 2 families of 4 with adult teenagers and a grandma too :) all had an amazing time the 200 steps to Hastings Street were rewarded with excellent ice cream when you got there 😊
