    A fantastic stay in a great location, made even better by Ravi’s wonderful hospitality!

    We had a lovely stay! The location was fantastic, making it really easy to explore New York. A special mention to Ravi, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality really made a difference, and we genuinely appreciated it!

    Nothing in particular- we really enjoyed our stay!

    Simple, good location and comfortable

    Good location. Friendly staff especially Ravi who was on the front desk

    The bathroom in room 207 was peeling paint as well as damp in places.

    Skuffende!

    Kodelås til rommet som ikke fungerte. Måtte gå ned til lobbyen 4-5 ganger under oppholdet for å få ny kode. Det tok lang tid, og nesten alle gangene var det ikke en gang personal/ansatte til stede. Måtte ringe. Ble også lovet å få tilbakebetalt noen av utgiftene, som vi aldri fikk.

    Would never recommend this place to anyone. Worth spending the extra money for a legitimate hotel experience. Couldn’t w

    Great location and loved having Modern Bread & Bagel downstairs.

    The check in process was so unprofessional and sketchy. I didn’t have to show any ID, they had me pay an extra $20 for checking in an hour early, then at one point I had to type in my email address on a staff members personal phone in a what’s app conversation. I was texted codes that didn’t work. Once we checked out, I got a text and email with new door codes saying I had checked in. The mattresses were a few inches thick and so uncomfortable and loud if you moved around.
