    It had a private beach many restaurants within the hotel all different kind of cuisine minimum 4 pools . Excellent

    Close to the airport aprox. 20 minutes. Very convenient. Rooms are not beach facing but the place has a private beach.

    Everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was a little outdated. Most of the restaurants were closed for renovation. It wasn’t what I expected compared to what the website looks like. We had to checkout a few days earlier and so did our business partners. One of our business partner had to keep asking to fix the air condition. It wasn’t working properly. He couldn’t sleep the first night. The next day he ask to be fixed and still didn’t worked. He wasn’t offered to be moved to a different room. After a few nights, he went to checkout and booked at The One and Only Hotel. It was very disappointing. It wasn’t what we expected. We all pretty much left the hotel. Booked us all different hotels. We didn’t get our money either. We left 5 days before our check out date. I don’t think we will be back at this resort again.
