    Wonderful sea views and sunsets in this little piece of paradise.

    The location was excellent for walking to the old town. The view from the beautiful terrace was spectacular. We really appreciated the treats left for us along with the coffee and beverages. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ivanka arranged a pickup for us at our boat and delivery to the airport that was seamless. Overall, we has a wonderful stay and highly recommend this apartment.

    Spectacular apartment and experience. Everything inside this apartment is so beautiful and arranged with highest possible class. You feel like a royalty living in exceptional palace. We travel all the world but did not experience such a wonderful ambiance. The owner Ivanka is such a nice person that filled us with all necessary information about Dubrovnik. We feel like in our own home and Ivanka made us feel like real friends. Exceptional.

    Spectacular views and outdoor areas.

    The spectacular views and out door areas were fantastic. We spent our evenings watching the sun set in the garden overlooking the ocean. The host was very accommodating and the house was spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed and loved staying at this house.

    There wasn't anything we didn't enjoy.

    Stunning views and great location

    We loved the size and scale of the accomodation. It felt authentic and was extremely spacious. It was cool inside despite the extreme heat outside. A very quick and easy walk into the old town and an incredible view!!!! The traffic noise is pretty constant so be aware of that, but I’d recommend this a accomodation without hesitation.

    Dropping bags was a little complicated (we were driving…..) but not impossible at all.

    Wonderfull stay in beautifull house just outside the city centre.

    We had a wonderfull stay in the house of Ivanka - who obviously has an eye for details that made us feel both welcome and at home. The house was cool, clean and complimemtary refreshments were higly appriciated.upon arrival. The garden is well kept with spectacular seaviews, only a short walk from the city walls and a small beach. Good restaurants in the vicinity. Thank you for wonderfull days!

    A bit of traffic-noise, but not a problem for sleeping.
