  Tolle Lage - zentral und ruhig mit reichlich Platz.

  Großzügiges Apartment in toller Lage, trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitengasse gelegen. Die Ausstattung war komplett und die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter ausgezeichnet. Das Mobiliar ist nicht mehr ganz neu, was für uns aber keine Rolle spielt. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern dort und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants, 7/Eleven, K-Circle sowie Kneipen und Bars. In der Nähe gibt es eine öffentliche Busstation und eine Metrostation.

  Charming, retro 2 bed 2 bath in district 1 heart

  Charming retro vibe, photos 100% accurate, spacious and thoughtfully fitted out - first Vietnamese stay with full complement of kitchen, bathroom and cleaning provisions. Hot water, cold air con, on walking street - don't be daunted by the garage entrance, Mrs Lan is a charmer and this is a lovely authentic stay in a true 2 bed 2 bath apartment that really considers its guests at a good price of $60 AUD a night and without being affected by noise below. My 19 year old son on first Vietnamese visit loved this stay.

  There is a very reasonable $200k cleaning fee that doesn't show up in booking.com, so do provide for this.
