  Avoid this place!

  The property looks the same as in the photos. It is generally fine, although one of the bedrooms is very small, with a tiny bathroom window covered by bars. The place was clean.

  Before my arrival I exchanged many messages with the property to make sure everything was in order and that we would have our accommodation ready. When I landed late in the evening, after 10 pm, and turned on my phone, I realized that I had not received any information about how to check in. I wrote to the property but received no response. Only after I called them and someone from their hotline answered did it turn out that they had no idea about my reservation at all. For more than an hour I had to speak with them on the phone, sending my reservation number, screenshots of our conversations on Booking, and payment confirmations. I literally had to prove that I had paid and that I even had a reservation. Absurd. When we finally received instructions for check-in, it turned out that the key to the building had to be collected from an elderly lady in a small grocery store. When we arrived, she was already closing the shop and we managed to get there at the last moment. If we had been 15 minutes later, we probably would have had to sleep on the street. Additionally, the accommodation was located at a different address than the one shown on Booking. I do not recommend this place.

  Teneriffe e l’arcobaleni

  È vicino al supermercato e alle spiagge ma non mi ha entusiasmato anche perché era freddo e la vetrata della sala non si chiudeva .Nella casa non mancava niente

  Purtroppo avevano la terrazza nel vagone interno e non è un gran vedere anzi mette un Po di tristezza

  The beds were really comfortable. Apartment had most of what you need for your stay .

  It needs much updating . Shower cubicle was dirty and mouldy and very old .. could do with modernizing . Needs a blind in 2nd bedroom on small window . Cutlery was dirty and had to be washed before use. Could do with proper air conditioning in the property .
