    Friendly hosts , Convenient location next to shops etc

    Apartment is a flat in a social housing block smelling of cannabis and smoke throughout the apartment. Apartment is run down, bathroom is a health hazard, oven / fridge etc dirty. Wouldn’t recommend due to the area & condition of the apartment. Hosts reply fast however wanted to send us home & refund as we were unhappy with the stay, would have left us with no where to go due to being hours away from home we had no option but to stay. Far better options elsewhere

    Overall the property is great value and we will probably return.

    Large property relatively clean.Back bedroom really quiet,a bit different at the front due to main road which was quiet by about 8pm.

    Toilet needs about £200 renovation and it would look decent. Mould spray for the tiles and silicone seals .2.£20 for a new handle for the window this would eliminate the noise and dust on the internal window sill.3.Small tin of tile paint (white) to touch up the tiles around the plinth.4.A little alteration to door check to stop it sticking as through time this will cause further damage .5.Ceiling needs couple coats of oil paint to disguise water damage from property above .6.New toilet brush.
