    Beautiful cosy friendly hotel

    Hotel easy to find centre of town.Plenty of parking.Beautiful decor,cosy bar, friendly welcoming staff

    Good stay, fitted our needs. Friendly staff. Enjoyed breakfast.

    No lift to our floor but staff did help with luggage. Poor lighting in the room. Bathroom could do with an update.

    Poor communication but decent breakfast

    It was handy for where we needed to go. The room was fine, clean, tidy and warm. Breakfast was good.

    We were informed ON ARRIVAL that there was no hot water due to the boiler being replaced. Telling us at this point was not acceptable! We were going to my son’s rehearsal meal at 5:30 for his wedding and wanted to shower before attending. The girl on reception just told us the water should be on by 5!Additionally there was clearly a very skeleton staff on and trying to get a drink at the bar was a challenge, having to constantly hunt down a member of staff!
