Sehr gute Lage. Bis zur Bucht, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind es nur wenige Minuten. Bushaltestelle ebenfalls fußläufig. Haus für zwei Leute optimal. Im Garten findet man immer einen Schattenplatz. Pool klein, aber fein. Von der Dachterrasse kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher/Strandtuch wurden regelmäßig gewechselt..Wir kommen noch mal wieder.
Die Küche könnte ein bisschen sauberer sein und die Ausstattung müsste mal aufgerüstet werden. Nachtischlampen war in keinem Zimmer vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage von Duna 2 stand auf unserer Dachterrasse und lief permanent. Da wir die Terrasse nie genutzt haben, war es für uns nicht störend. Nutzt man sie hat, hat man halt immer ein Rauschen

Para no repetir con esa agencia que gestiona estas villas. después de 5 años el peor en Menorca
La ubicación y la piscina que no estaba muy limpia pero era un buen desahogo
Que entraran si aviso mientras no estamos y con todas las pertenencias ala vista y que la piscina muy limpia no estaba no circulaba el agua ni un solo día parecía una charca pero bueno .. y que tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y la única solución eran poner 2 ventiladores.. una vergüenza para lo que espera para una villa así..! Ya que durante 2 días abrasadores y con 2 hijos y con 35 grados estuve apunto de irme a un hotel una vergüenza que no tengan un servicio o previsión para estas cosas .. porque los ventiladores no es una solución, que el técnico que estuvo o no sabía o pocas ganas de rellenar el aire o cambiarlo tenía .. Y por no hablar de las cucarachas que ni avisaron y qué asco salían por todos lados.. para no repetir seguro .!!!!
