  Would not stay in this apartment again

  Location was good within a few minutes walk to center of Alvor

  It was very dated, the furniture was uncomfortable, just 2 seats which had thin pieces of foam & cover on them. Sofa bed ‘slipped’ to one side when slept on. Bath was very grubby & looked like it had not been cleaned properly in years. Towels were also not very clean & hard. There was mould on the ceiling above the bath. We were contacted mid way through stay to ask if we wanted clean sheets & towels it took 48 hours for these to be delivered but they had not delivered clean pillow cases so I had to contact them for these. They delivered them the next day but omitted to take the dirty linen which I had folded & bagged ready for collection, it was still there when we left the apartment at the end of our stay. This apartment is meant to accommodate 4 people but there was insufficient crockery & cutlery for this number of guests. There were only 6 coat hangers for 3 guests! The fridge was very old, not very clean & had no shelves in the door to store milk, water etc so these items had to be placed in the fruit/vegetable box at the bottom of the fridge. With hindsight I should have complained about this at the beginning of our stay but as a family we decided to ‘live’ with it rather than go through the hassle of trying to find alternative accommodation. I have stayed in this complex previously but for the amount we paid this is by far the worst. I will not stay here again & would not recommend it to anyone.

  Muito bom

  Excelente localização P/ centro de Alvor e Praia, Piscina Soberba, bom apartamento com varanda no geral bem equipado, loiças máquina de café, smart tv ecrã grande, internet e espaço de garagem.

  Só por escrever algo, seria perfeito se estivesse equipado com forno e máquinas de loiça e roupa.
