    Clean, comfortable and great value.

The host Jimmy was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and as advertised. Very comfy beds, great linen, pillows and towels. Fabulous hot shower and we used the kitchen cooktop to self cater. Easy parking at the door and there was also a guest laundry.

The motel is located in the vicinity of the Otago University and we saw a lot of young people in the area. Unfortunately on the first night of our stay young people partied until 3am with extremely loud music and were running through the motel carpark. We had little sleep.

Great central location. Close to shops and restaurants. We stayed in a three bedroom villa which was very spacious, well equipped and clean. Perfect for a family.
