    De keuken, de bedden, de badkamer en de parkeergarage. De ligging nabij het strand en de winkels.

    Geen airco. ‘s Middags werd het te warm in de woning. De doorgaande verkeersroute voor het appartementen complex.

    -gute Lage-nahe Meer und Zentrum -moderne Technik, die jedoch CD- und DVD-Player überflüssig macht (Dockingstation uralt) -sonniger Balkon -allg. gute Ausstattung -guter WLAN-Empfang -Spiele und div. Bücher vor Ort -2 gute Fahrräder und Roller in der Kellerbox der Wohnung-ganz toll

    -BoxspringBetten nebst Toppern benötigen unbedingt Aufarbeitung -wenig gemütliche Wohnzimmer-Sitzgarnitur lädt nicht zum längeren Verweilen ein und steht weit weg vom TV(lange Aufenthalte, zumal mit Kindern schwer vorstellbar) -Leselampen sehr unpraktisch
