Gepflegte Ferienwohnanlage in bester Lage - wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub - Danke!
Automatisierter und effizienter Service mit eigener App und mit der Übersicht zu allen Informationen kurz und knapp zusammengefasst. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber. Toller Balkon! Die Wohnanlage war sehr gepflegt mit eigenem Pkw-Stellplatz auf beschranktem Gelände. Der Aufzug war sehr hilfreich. Die Lage direkt an einem Strandzugang ist unschlagbar. Das Schwimmbad mit Gegenstromanlage war top bei schlechtem Wetter mit Kindern.
Der Fitnessraum ist sehr dürftig ausschließlich mit Kardiogeräten ausgestattet. Der Raum für freies Training mit Matten, Spiegel und ein paar Kurzhanteln etc fehlt. Das einzige Kraftgerät war außer Betrieb. Die WLAN-Lösung ist sehr störungsanfällig und nicht mit jedem Gerät kompatibel. Eine Ferienwohnung für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern sollte zumindest über eine kleine Waschmaschine verfügen. Der Waschgang für 4 € an zwei Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen in der Wohnanlage ist teuer und aufwendig. Der Bäcker war nicht begeistert über mein morgendliches Tauschen von Bargeld gegen 1€-Münzen. Vllt böte sich der deutliche Hinweis über die Waschsituation und die Herausgabe von Wertmünzen / 1€-Münzen im Vermietungsbüro an.
