    Very good

    We got an early check-in, which was great and much appreciated. Room was pretty spacious, the staff was friendly, and the location is great.

    Ice maker in the fridge didn't work, AC kept dripping condensation all over the floor, causing slips, we ran a cleaning cycle through the jetted tub and it had dirt coming out so we didnt take a bath in it. Baseboards were dirty upon arrival. The hot water took five minutes to warm up every single time we wanted to shower. The room was in need of a DEEP clean, and you could tell the room hadn't had it done in a while. Inside the closet in the primary bedroom, the walls were patched and never repainted. It's not a big deal other than it just looked bad. The quality of the room did not match the quantity that we paid. We paid over $2,000 just for three nights. We've stayed at Dunes before in cheaper rooms but we were pretty disappointed in this room for the price we paid.
