    Location was great. Close to town and surrounds. Backs onto golf course which is nice for a view.

    I didn't like the fact that the property has fibre to the premise available and can provide decent internet for people travelling with laptops or mobile devices. Instead they have opted for a much slower and cheaper 4g sim. Maybe a first world problem but if charging a premium price then I'm sure a $80 monthly internet spend wouldn't hurt and would provide a benefit for the tenants.

    Spacious inside.

    Only basic surfaces were cleaned. The place requires serious deep cleaning, removing stains, etc. Charging EV is not facilitated. Basic bed linen. Scratched and dirty cooking pots.
