I don’t recommend dealing with them
Location
During this trip, I rented five different accommodations in Italy, and all of them were excellent. I did not encounter any problems with any of them except for this apartment. As shown in the photos, when I was leaving the apartment, there was a small amount of water spilled on the floor. This happened because I was in a hurry while checking out, as one of their staff members had been standing outside and repeatedly knocking on the door since 10:30 a.m. The amount of water was very small and was on the floor, in the bathroom, and around the kitchen sink, and it could have been easily cleaned. I was surprised by the rude way the blonde woman in charge spoke to me. She showed me the photos as if what had happened were some kind of serious incident. Two hours after I left and the matter was supposedly over, they sent me a message saying that I would be charged €150, claiming that the small amount of water you can clearly see in the photos had been so extensive that it made the apartment uninhabitable. They also claimed that because there was water on the sofa, it was impossible for the next guest to stay there and that they had to provide them with another apartment. However, the apartment was still available for booking on Booking.com during the day. I believe it was not rented that day, contrary to what they claimed. After discussing the matter with the woman in charge, I was forced to pay €100 without any valid justification, simply because I was about to travel and did not have enough time to argue or deal with the situation further.

كل شي جميل بمعنى كلمة الجمال رائعة ونظيفة وفيها كل اللي نحتاجة وموقعها ممتاز قريب من الدومو ومطعم تركي ومطعم فلسطيني
