  Lo stile utilizzato, la grandezza della camera, i servizi e la posizione ottimale.

  Il materasso purtroppo aveva una forte inclinazione verso il centro, probabilmente per usura, e questo ha causato una non confortevole dormita con conseguente mal di schiena al mattino. Consiglio di sostituirlo.

  ריח מסריח של ביוב מהג׳קוזי, מיטה לא נוחה וקצת מלוכלכת, הדלת לשרותים ננעלה בעצמה ולא יכלנו להשתמש בשרותים עד שאחד הבנות מהצוות הגיע לפרק את המנעול שזה היה רק למחרת בבוקר, דירה קטנה ביחס למה שמראים בתמונות, הג׳קוזי זה גם המקלחת וזה ממש קרוב למיטה אז הכל נרטב .

  A great choice if you want to feel like a local in Italy, with an excellent location.

  Considering the price, I honestly found the hotel to be quite good and definitely good value for money. Many buildings in Italy are quite old and there are restrictions on how much they can be altered or renovated. I also think that if this hotel were fully renovated, it probably wouldn’t be available at such an affordable price anymore. The view is pleasant, with charming and aesthetically pleasing buildings around, and having a balcony is definitely a big plus. If you want to experience what it feels like to live more like a local in Italy, I think this is a great choice. You enter the main door using a code, walk through a lovely inner courtyard, and then access your room. The cleaning lady was also very sweet, kind, and polite. Our water and coffee were replenished every day, which was a thoughtful touch and something we really appreciated. Thank you very much for that!

  The cleanliness of the room, however, could have been better. I would describe it as average. In particular, the bathtub controls and the inside of the bathtub did not feel properly cleaned and showed clear signs of previous use. One thing I would recommend is informing the property in advance if you do not carry cash for the tourist tax. We didn’t have the exact amount, so I asked whether I could leave the money with the cleaning lady if she had change, but unfortunately she didn’t. I then asked if there was a link or another way to pay online and was given an IBAN instead. However, I didn’t have euros available in my account. In the end, even though I had already checked out, I had to exchange money and return to the hotel just to leave the tourist tax in cash. I think this is one area where the property could have handled things more professionally, either by offering an alternative payment solution or by informing guests about the cash requirement earlier.

  Very disappointed. Would give this a 1 star review . Never coming back obviously!

  Location

  Not enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi. Comment from property contact stated - “at least it’s not cold!” One clothes hanging rail with two hangers. Hanging rail directly below air conditioning unit so dripped water all over your clothes. Apartment smelt really bad. Water smelt of cabbage. Really noisy room - air condition unit so noisy you cannot have it on when sleeping. Mini fridge also very noisy so literally had no sleep at all. Advertised as having a shower - it had a shower hose in the jacuzzi. No mention of the very steep five flights of stairs. Was ok for us as we are fit and agile. Would be a nightmare for people not so mobile. Towels were also disgusting.
