    Ein Glück, dass wir viel unterwegs waren.

    Die Dachterrasse ist phänomenal. Die Lage der Wohnung ebenfalls. Es gibt drei Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlagen (wo sie vorhanden sind) funktionieren gut.

    Es gibt nur ein Doppelzimmer mit Tür. Ein weiteres Doppelbett (mit teilweise gebrochenem Lattenrost) steht in einem Durchgangszimmer ohne Tür zum Flur. Das Zimmer mit dem Einzelbett hat leider keine Klimaanlage. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien rudimentär. Es gibt nur ein Mindestmaß an Geschirr. Die Stehlampe im Esszimmer war defekt, der vorhandene Ventilator ebenso! In der Wohnung gibt es etliche Sessel und Sofas, die aber absolut unmotiviert in den Räumen gruppiert sind. Es gibt dazu jeweils keine Stehlampen oder sonstige Leuchten, sondern nur Deckenleuchten. Obwohl es uns anders ins Aussicht gestellt worden war, konnten wir unser Gepäck nach dem Auschecken leider nicht im Flur deponieren.

    Great location and terrace, but A/C and washer and dryer need to be fixed or upgraded.

    The location was great. Great view of duomo, but too hot to use it.

    We could not get the Air conditioning lower than 84 degrees farenheit. It made for a very unpleasant stay. We understand that it is hot in Florence right now, but we showed up to Venice and realized just how bad the A/C had been in Florence. Their A/C units cannot handle the size of the apartment. The washing machine also started leaking, which was another big reason that we picked this apartment. Also should note that one of the bedrooms does not have a door from the common area.

    Una vista fantástica de las cúpulas Florentinas

    La terraza!! Creo que no olvidaremos nunca disfrutar de un excelente vino con una vista maravilloso. Muy mágico❤️
