    I strongly recommend being very careful before booking this property

    Unfortunately, our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. We informed the host in advance about our arrival time, which was earlier than the check-in time stated on Booking.com. The host provided us with the access code to the apartment, so we followed his instructions and used the code to enter. However, upon arrival, we found the apartment in a very dirty and unacceptable condition. We immediately took photos of the condition and sent them the host to make him aware of the situation. Instead of addressing the problem, the host cancelled our reservation and then accused us of entering the apartment, even though he was the one who provided us with the access code. Without the code, it would have been impossible for us to access the property. He even threatened to call the police against us, which was completely unacceptable and caused us significant stress and inconvenience. The way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and unfair. We expected a clean property and reasonable communication from the host, but unfortunately received neither.
