In reality, it is overcrowded, lacks space, and feels like an ordinary house. * The bedroom provided is located in the attic. * The staircase has no lighting, creating a safety concern. * There are no toys or play equipment available for children. * No cleaning equipment has been provided. * The carpets are stained, including gum stuck to them. * The property is unhygienic, with dirty windows and excessive dust throughout the house. We request that these issues are acknowledged and that you advise how you intend to resolve them.     I think I need to refurbish the house to a luxury standards and have more room.
