    We stayed in these apartments. The location is decent and quite convenient, but the overall condition of the place was average. The rooms and cleanliness were also average – nothing terrible, but definitely not a high standard. The biggest disappointment was the “unexpected residents.” On the first night, after returning to the apartment, a huge cockroach (around 2 cm) came out of the kitchen – honestly, we had never seen one that big in our lives. It could barely move, clearly very “well-fed.” Unfortunately, it even ran into the bedroom, so we had to deal with it ourselves. We informed the administration and sent a photo, but the response was surprising – they said it “could have been a bee.” Well, if that was a bee with antennae like that and that size, then it must be a very special kind 😅 At least it would have been more honest to admit there is an issue. The next day we saw a couple of smaller cockroaches, so it’s clearly not a one-time situation. We basically had to “live with it.” And as is well known – if there are cockroaches, it usually indicates a lack of proper cleanliness. Also, the shared pool is in quite poor condition and definitely needs maintenance. Advice to the owners: it would be good to properly address the pest issue (at least use pest control measures) and pay more attention to cleanliness and common areas. Overall, the location is good, but these issues significantly affected our experience.
