    The location was perfect, near to the metro station and near to the beach, a lot of little shops are nearby, the neighborhood is very friendly. The staff members were all the time very friendly and helpful. The communication with Silvio was always quick and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quite easy

    The accommodation was not worth the expensive price we paid: When we arrived there were hairs in the washbasin, it was not really clean. However, they organized an additional cleaning. The swimming pool was closed all the time during our stay. The apartment doesn't look so nice as shown in the pictures. For instance, the sofa is already quite old and stained. I had to wash the dishes before using them. Once I got stuck in the elevator and waited five minutes until the doormen helped me out. The air-conditioner of the living room is quite old and makes a lot of noise, so we never used it. The air-conditioner of the bedroom didn't work at all. When there was a lot of rain water entered through this air-conditioner into the apartment and watered the floor. However, this problem was resolved the next day. The internet works but quite slow. All in all, there were several details that made this stay not as nice as expected.
