  The location was perfect for getting around London, an easy walk to the tube station. The apartment was a good size and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and having 3 bathrooms was great as we were 5 ladies. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The check in instructions were very clear.

  The stairs! But it's quite clear in the booking details that there's no lift.

  Avoid. What an utter (dirty) disappointment.

  The location is great, not far from Oxford Street and therefore very central.

  The apartment was filthy with stains on carpets and sofa, mold in the bathrooms (all of them), absolutely disgusting shower curtain. The whole apartment smelled like cold cigarettes. The cleaning lady was still in the apartment when we arrived (and hence the keys were not in the lock as announced) and changed in the bathroom (with shoes on). Terrace was just an empty space, not cleaned, with cigarettes on the floor. Oven broken, kitchen was a mess with baking dishes just laying in top of each other (there was no cleanup), dirty kitchen with oil dripping from stove. Even the washing machine in the kitchen had mold in it. In general: Sanitary hazard. Just look at the pictures and see the reality for yourself. It's a shame that this place is still on booking.com.

  Very disappointed by the lack of action from the owner to fix issues during and after our stay. Would NOT recommend.

  The location is the only good attribute of our stay at this property. It was close to Oxford street and we could easily get a taxi on this street.

  BEWARE-NOT as advertised! This property advertised AC but it was not working when we arrived and the owner made no effort to fix it during our 10 day stay. The accommodations are not as nice as the pictures present. There were also not enough towels and supplies for a 3 bedroom apartment. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone else!

  Très bonne localisation

  J'ai beaucoup aimé la localisation, c'était parfait très beau quartier et à proximité de tout. Beaucoup de restaurants sur la rue de très bonne qualité.

  L'appartement n'a pas l'air beaucoup entretenue, beaucoup de tâches sur les murs, une des salles de bain sens l'humidité et des traces de moisi dans beaucoup de douches. Ce fut un appartement de luxe mais tout tombe en ruine car ce n'est pas entretenu adéquatement. Un 3ieme étage avec 54 marches pas idéal avec des valises. On donne peu de serviettes et elle sente l'humidité. l'Air climatisé à été remplacé par des petites unités, mieux que rien mais vraiment pas l'idéal.
