    Overall, while the location is excellent, the apartment was poorly maintained with damaged furniture, cleanliness issues

    Unfortunately, the apartment itself had several issues that made it feel overpriced. The sofa bed was very old and ripped, making it uncomfortable to sit on, and the living room rug was visibly dirty. We also had a cockroach problem, as we had to kill them almost every day, and we even found one in our bed. The biggest disappointment was the check-in experience. We had to wait almost two hours past the scheduled check-in time because we were told there was a leak in one of the air conditioners that needed to be fixed before we could enter. After an exhausting flight with children, waiting outside in the heat was very frustrating. To make matters worse, the issue was never actually resolved. One of the air conditioners continued to leak heavily throughout our stay, so we couldn’t use it. We reported it, but no one came to fix it. Overall, this property does not justify its high price. While the location is great, the condition of the apartment and the lack of maintenance and responsiveness made it a disappointing experience.

    Great place, nice view, very calm. 2 restaurants and a small coffe shop in the same block. 2 pools, barbecue on the patio. Highly recommended.
