Owners are not very hospitable, a shame because the apartment is beautiful
The apartment is amazing, loved it. Location is great.
The women doing the checkin "Carol" was 45min late letting us in apartment, ( even though she asked 3 times what will be arriving) rushed through opening the front door and rushed away without any instructions. Didn't forget to charge me €20 for late check in though. Camera in the sitting room! We turned it around... Ants in the room and very bad smell. There was no toilet paper, no bin bags, no shampoo or soap, no sugar or coffee ( was told by Carol that I have to buy them) Very few towels. The double room had a camping bed, had to sleep on sofa instead. These things only cost a few euros, I know they dont have to provide them but your guests would appreciate the little things. Can't even take a shower after a long journey because you have to buy your own soap first....

Great location and apartment, stay was badly affected by poor response to electrical faults leaving us with no AC during
Location was great for beach, old town, lots of bars and restaurants close by. Apartment was really nice and had everything you could need for a big family stay. Carole was very helpful and great to deal with, she really wanted you to have a great holiday
The constant sewer smells in the en-suite bathroom would take your breath away, door has to remain firmly closed or it over powers the whole apartment. Electrics failed shortly after arrival, so no hot water or air conditioning for 36 hours during a heatwave. Took over 2 hours of messaging host to get an electrician booked when we first reported the fault, he attended and didn’t fix it so we had very little sleep that night and had to message again the following morning to get them back to replace the faulty breakers that I had told him about when they first failed. Electrics were still overloaded so tripped out at least once a day for the rest of our stay. The time involved with resolving this/ getting a temporary fix, really affected our holiday, could have been dealt with much better and far more quickly.
