The worst travel experience I’ve ever encountered!!
I have traveled all over the world and by far, this was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever encountered.
When we arrived, we were immediately disappointed. The exterior was not spiraling with a front window that looked as if it had been shot, the garage did was padlocked and bent up. The exterior was in need of repair and attention. Upon entering the home, the smell of mold/mildew permeated the entire space. There are bugs along all the trim and piles of dead bugs in the corners. The furniture was soiled and not that which was shown in the pictures when booking. The bed looked as if someone had laid on them and the linens smelled dirty. There is no storage for personal items such as night stands, chest of drawers, no mirrors in the bedroom and the one bathroom was very small and unsuitable for a family to prepare for each day since there were no mirrors or spaces to prep in the bedrooms. There was dirt on the bathtub tile, in the windows, and splatters of something and fingerprints on the walls. The light in the refrigerator was dangling and being held in place by tape. The pool was cloudy and full of bugs and debris and there was no net available to clean it even if we wanted to. We IMMEDIATELY messaged the property manager and owner to voice our concerns and disappointment and inability to stay in the property due to allergies to molds. We left within five minutes of arriving and had to rent another last minute accommodation at a higher price. It took four days to get a final answer regarding our request for a refund, which was denied and no additional correspondence was provided by the manager or owner. We paid $1,100 for this rental in which we could/did not stay and received not a single cent of it back. BEWARE of properties rented by Martina and Florida4You properties!!

Would have been nice to have a beach towel or two. Had to ask my neighbors to lend me one.
